Coach Vlad is an alumni of five:1. After an impressive high school career with the Lapeer Lakers, Kristyana continued her volleyball journey at St. Clair County Community College, playing for the Skippers. She later spent a season at Aquinas College as a Student-Assistant Coach before returning to five:1, eager to share her knowledge and experience.
When she’s not on the court, Kristyana works as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she helps individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) develop social, academic, and life skills. Kristyana is passionate about volleyball and is excited to foster the growth of her athletes both on and off the court, helping them develop their skills and thrive in all areas of life.
