Five:1 VBC Skill Builder League!
1st Grade - 9th Grade!

Five:1 VBC Skill Builder League is a skill-focused camp and in-house mini league for athletes (girls AND boys) with a desire to either enter into the world of volleyball or further develop fundamental skill.

Sessions will be formatted with 45-60 minutes of skill instruction and 30-45 minutes of "work-up" mini-games.

We provide an introduction to the basic skills of volleyball in a fun way, but also provide an opportunity for younger athletes to begin the path of training their bodies for athletics (jumping, lateral movements, stretches). Athletes will be grouped by age and/or skill level.
