HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR OUR CLUB TEAM SETTERS AND ATHLETES!  These sessions provide the opportunity to practice the skills in a low-impact, high-repetition setting.  We will focus on refining technique, ball control, and reading. Great opportunity to learn our systems for those new to the club, and get familiar with the gym culture and your teammates!

These sessions are open to intermediate to advanced athletes in grades 7th-12th.
