Health and fitness is not just something he does – it is a way of life for this guy!  Dustin is an avid weight lifter and athlete who has been training and studying athletic performance, calisthenics and hypotrophy for over 15 years.  He has studied with ISSA and the Sportsmetrics system.  His focus in our club is helping our volleyball athletes develop speed, agility, vertical and explosive power.
