Extra training offered to help you become a more effective attacker! Personalized training on attacking fundamamentals (transition, lines of approach, timing, arm swing and contact). Only 8 spots available per session!

9 Training Hours (15 for Setters)
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR OUR CLUB TEAM SETTERS AND ATHLETES! Setters train from 6:00-7:00pm, providing the opportunity to have low-impact high repetition setting sessions. Attackers & defense add to the group at 7:00pm, with a focus on refining technique, ball control, and reading. Session will be low-impact, high rep in focus. Great opportunity to learn our systems, get familiar with the gym culture and your teammates!
These sessions are open to intermediate to advanced athletes grades 7th-12th.
