Coach Sayles joined our staff in 2017 and has coached young ladies in and around Genesee County for many years.  She has a tremendous knowledge of both the skill and strategy of the game.  “My love for the game began at my first practice in 7th grade.  I played school ball, club volleyball and summer leagues.  I always wanted to be in the gym.  That love the game has continued through all of my coaching years.  My favorite thing about coaching is seeing the athletes develop their skills and growing the game in their own lives.  Tiffany is pictured her with her two daughters, Lauren and Jenna – both athletes in the Five:1 gym!

Coach Tiffany also joined the USAV Olympic Pipeline Lakeshore High Performance Program this year as an assistant coach.
